Although the definition of a sale is simple enough, the process of turning someone into a buyer can be very complex. This lesson will give you a basic sales process, plus some basic sales tools, that you can use to close the sale, no matter what the size of the sale.
This lesson will be organized along a series of lessons and discussions. In this course you will be requested to complete sales calls and give feedback on how you think it went. Also present what your project expectations and needs are.
